Return my Love- V-Day 2007

So for a long, long time I had no idea what I wanted to draw for the February contest. It had to be Valentine's Day themed, of course, but I'm not so big on romance, so I didn't know what to do.

And then I got an idea. Ever seen the old Bugs Bunny cartoon "What's Opera Doc?" There's a nice romantic musical scene in it between Bugs Bunny (dressed as a girl) and Elmer Fudd. So I took the costumes and developed them a little bit, and used them here for Josie and Jotaro. I'm not so fond of Jotaro's armor, but I'm extremely pleased with how Josie came out! I love her outfit. The picture title comes from the song in the episode.

I don't know how romantic this looks overall, but I was going for cuteness...I wanted to draw in some blushing, but it kept messing up the picture. Bleh.

Anyways, here's my contest entry! I'm pleased that my internet's stayed functioning despite this ice storm...or at least long enough for me to post it. :3
